Heritage Values: Approaches to Urban Planning and Management 

Heritage surrounds us, representing past and contemporary culture. Material heritage embodies a segment of history in something tangible, connecting past generations with those of the future. Yet, as this module explores, material heritage can also have multiple interpretations and stories. Through exploring case studies and charters, it uncovers the delicate debate of preservation versus innovation, and equips professionals of the built environment with arguments when making critical decisions about the heritage of our future.
